What do you actually do?
We proofread ready-to-be-finalized transcripts — providing that last, essential layer of polish before delivery. Our review includes:

We do not accept:

  • Audio files (unless you provide a short clip for clarification)

  • CAT-specific formats like .TRN, .ECL, or raw steno exports

How do I submit a job?

Do you offer volume or ongoing discounts?
Yes. If you’ve got recurring work or high-volume projects, we’re happy to discuss custom pricing. Just email us and we’ll build something that works.

How do I pay?
We accept credit card payments online (via Stripe). Invoices are due within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept PayPal, checks, or ACH transfers.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — and we want your worst 25 pages. Seriously. Give us your messiest expert, your trickiest Q&A, your densest jargon. Let us prove what we can do.

Can I cancel or make changes after submitting?

We work Monday–Friday, Pacific Time. Rush jobs may be accepted after-hours or on weekends depending on availability — just shoot us an email first.

How fast will I get my transcript back?
Depends on the tier:

  • Hero Proof (Rush): within 24 hours

  • Fast-Track (Expedited): within 24–72 hours

  • Essential Proof (Standard): within 5 business days

Timing starts when we confirm your file.

Is your work court-admissible?
Yes. Our edits come in a separate errata sheet — your original transcript remains untouched. You decide what to change, keeping everything compliant and in your voice.
